Craig Alston is a multi-instrumentalist from Baltimore who is best known as the saxophonist for Fertile Ground and the leader of the Eubie Blake Legacy Band and performing under his own name developinng a unique blend of jazz, soul and world music perfecting his craft into a world class jazz musician. He has organized an ensemble of excellent musicians to perform at this special event.

Baltimore is a perfect city to create such a project because of its rich history of celebrating indigenous music traditions. And the Mid-Atlantic region [PA, DE, MD, DC, VA, NC] is overflowing with musical talent to be both showcased and developed.
